Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a High School diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of Retail Management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees
  • The candidates should be able to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • The candidates should be able to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs and handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the store’s loyalty program
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock
  • The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and proficient computer knowledge, especially with Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
  • The candidates should have or GED and possess a valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during the course of employment
