Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree and Law – Civil Law
Experience: Candidates need experience of 7 months to less than 11 months

- The candidate should be able for leadership
- The candidate should be able to take initiative
