Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, possess manual dexterity, and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, and handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload, work under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, be comfortable with walking, and meet tight deadlines

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to move tools, equipment, and other materials, and clean machines and immediate work areas
- The candidates should be able to repair and maintain equipment, and perform other laboring and elemental activities
- The candidates should be able to hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers, and file, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
- The candidates should be able to replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components
- The candidates should be able to apply primers and repaint surfaces, and mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
- The candidates should be able to remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
- The candidates should be able to operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
- The candidates should be able to mix paint, blend, and match colors
