Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be able to work in confined spaces
• The candidates should be aware of potential hazards and be able to work safely in dangerous environments, including noisy and dusty conditions
• The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments as well as hot environments and handle various odors associated with the work environment
• The candidates should be physically fit to perform physically demanding tasks and capable of handling heavy loads as part of their duties
• The candidates should possess manual dexterity for precise tasks and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as required, demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure, and manage a large workload efficiently

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to move tools, equipment, and other materials, including holding stakes during surveying activities
• The candidates should be able to signal safety procedures to other workers and to the general public, as well as perform miscellaneous laboring activities to help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
• The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas as part of their duties
