Inno Foods based in Aldergrove, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Bakery plant supervisor. Inno Foods provide nutritious and satisfying snacks that cater to various dietary preferences and needs. Our product line includes a wide range of snacks, such as granola bars, coconut clusters, nut and seed mixes, and more. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports
- The candidates should be able to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- The candidates should be able to supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
