Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have 6+ months of Bartending experience and 1 year of Customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs and should have a background check which mandatory
• The candidates should carry drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables
• The candidates should be capable of cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess a Serving it Right certification
• The candidates should have a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixed cocktails

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to greet customers upon arrival at the restaurant
• The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service, suggestions for food or drink choices, take feedback during their dining experience
• The candidates should be able to keep the bar organized, stocked, clean and manage bar inventory and stock levels
• The candidates should be able to memorize the food menus and wine lists, as well as any nightly specials
• The candidates should be able to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per company recipe specifications
• The candidates should be able to assess bar customers’ needs and preferences and provide recommendations and ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
