Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • The candidates should be physically capable of manual labor and lifting heavy loads

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure a safe, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
  • The candidates should be able to assist and upsell guests at every opportunity and perform other tasks and duties as applicable
  • The candidates should be able to maintain cleanliness of public washrooms, base areas, restaurants, dispatch, daycare, offices, administration, and maintenance shop
  • The candidates should be able to control incoming and outgoing traffic at key intersections and in parking lots
  • The candidates should be able to assist the Events Team and other departments and ensure proper use of WHMIS practices
  • The candidates should be able to know and adhere to the policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
  • The candidates should be able to know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
  • The candidates should be able to know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management or Return-to-Work Programs
