Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in batching concrete and dispatching concrete mixer trucks
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be able to work well in a team and handle pressure effectively and strong decision-making abilities and be able to react quickly in a dynamic environment
Other Requirements:

- The candidates should have knowledge of construction materials and concrete and experience in diesel or industrial mechanics

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to check the cleanliness and safety of the site daily, ensuring all employees, yardmen, drivers, mechanics, contractors, and other individuals are working safely and wearing their PPE. Regular inspections should be conducted to track progress and work conditions
- The candidate should be able to perform daily mechanical inspections of the plant, including visual checks, detecting unusual noises, lubrication, vibration checks, and belt inspections and check the humidity level of raw materials (stone, sand) before each shift and perform a visual inspection of the conditions
- The candidate should be able to batch concrete and dispatch concrete mixer trucks to work sites as per the required specifications, ensuring compliance with concrete delivery standards and order raw materials based on placed orders or expected demand
- The candidate should be able to plan the schedules for drivers (concrete mixer trucks) and yardmen regarding deliveries and production for the next day and enter receipts of raw materials in the “Command Batch” system and track them according to generated reports
- The candidate should be able to produce end-of-day reports (inventories, raw material receipts and consumption, product volumes, formulas and communicate relevant information to the next shift and conduct physical inventories of raw materials and other items with the director at the end of each month
- The candidate should be able to take phone orders and promote Turbo and VAP products during COD orders and client interactions and forward receipts to the invoicing department daily, ensuring accuracy (including verifying receipts and wait times)
- The candidate should be able to track and verify starting or ending times, lunch breaks, and other employee schedules in accordance with the collective agreement and prepare daily delivery reports
- The candidate should be able to check cash sales and track the use of concrete mixer trucks (Lafarge, Broker, internal and external leases) with the director and communicate with batchers or dispatchers from other plants to optimize the use of concrete mixer trucks and personnel for the day
- The candidate should be able to maintain constant communication with the director, reporting plant breakdowns, production or delivery issues, or any health- or safety-related incidents
- The candidate should be able to batch concrete according to mix designs and plan raw material orders and RMX deliveries and ensure the reception of raw materials in SAP and the “Command Batch” system and perform plant inspections and complete inventory reports
