Salary: $15.50 hourly for 35 to 60 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning and Morning
Work setting: Rural area
Work site environment: Candidates should have fruit and vegetable combination farming, outdoors, odours, dusty, hot and cold/refrigerated area
Security and safety: Bond required
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Type of crops: Blueberries
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, pay attention to detail, able to distinguish between colours, sit, walk, stand for extended periods and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be physically strong, a combination of sitting, standing, walking and also have hand-eye co-ordination
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able for fruit trees training and also weeding
- The candidate should be able to harvest crops and also plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
