Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and anticipate graduating in mid-late 2025
Experience: Candidates should have no more than 3 years of prior full-time experience (excluding intern/coop work terms)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of leading work impacting the largest retailers and the biggest brands in Canada
  • The candidates should contribute to growing our brands by completing robust business analyses and participating in account presentations
  • The candidates should learn and apply conceptual selling techniques and develop data-driven analyses and presentations
  • The candidates should take on selling and account management responsibilities, as well as lead unique projects directly impacting the business
  • The candidates should play an important role on one of our Customer Teams, working directly with the customer and receiving coaching from their manager

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to own multiple projects critical to the success of their Brand Team
  • The candidates should be able to lead work impacting the biggest brands in Canada
  • The candidates should be able to develop marketing plans aimed at growing the business
  • The candidates should be able to utilize historical data to identify trends in their brand and present recommendations based on their findings
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the creation of new initiatives, including new brands, packaging, products, and ideas
  • The candidates should be able to develop local consumer insights and expertise, as well as a competitive and market understanding
