Salary: $20.00 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 35 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. They should also be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances, perform safety and security checks, and supervise other workers
- The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
