Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Equipment: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, carpet cleaning machine, polishing machines, waxing machine, steam cleaners, power tools, swimming pool maintenance and cleaning equipment, upholstery cleaning equipment, snow blower
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and be physically capable of meeting demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit dependability and have excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, show initiative, and exercise good judgment
- The candidates should be organized and demonstrate reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, perform minor repairs on appliances, and perform safety and security checks
- The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, work with minimal supervision, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
