Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of post-secondary education in business administration and commerce
Experience: Candidates should have B2B selling experience within the SMB market, with an emphasis on telecommunications
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities to meet sales targets and quotas
- The candidates should have strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel and their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong skill set in cold calling, door knocking, and prospecting for new business
- The candidates should have proven experience in face-to-face customer meetings, with the ability to conduct presentations and effectively manage meetings
- The candidates should have telecommunications experience, which will be considered a significant
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prospect and sell the full suite of products to small and medium businesses
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with business owners, managers, and IT decision-makers through personal contact and outstanding customer service
- The candidates should be able to identify and analyze clients’ business requirements, propose potential solutions, negotiate, and close new business revenue
- The candidates should be able to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives for both contracted and uncontracted business services
- The candidates should be able to provide weekly and monthly sales commitments that accurately reflect all opportunities
- The candidates should be able to promote the company in a positive and professional manner and perform various other duties
