Salary: $17.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Delta, BC
Shifts: Flexible Hours, To be determined
Work setting: Processing company, packaging company, greenhouse, and farm
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, as required by the job
- The candidates should possess a strong attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in their work
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, maintaining composure in challenging situations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and tasks as required
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration and positive interactions within the team
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers
- The candidates should be able to manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
- The candidates should be able to check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
- The candidates should be able to package products
- The candidates should be able to check final assembly for finish, labeling, and packaging methods
- The candidates should be able to communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments
