Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements, prepare layouts in conformance to building codes using measuring tools, and measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
The candidates should be able to schedule and co-ordinate work on sites, instruct apprentices, and measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
The candidates should be able to inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards, estimate materials, tools and equipment required for projects, and co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
The candidates should be able to assign projects to subordinates and staff related to work safety, environmental safety and accident prevention
