Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in a social science
Experience: Candidates should have Four (4) years of Case management experience working with clients
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent time management skills to handle changing deadlines and priorities effectively
- The candidates should have experience working with and developing vocational and rehabilitation plans
- The candidates should be able to provide a satisfactory criminal record check
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to adjudicate, manage, and expedite complex and time-loss major claims
- The candidates should be able to assess the employment, social, economic, and emotional impacts of an accident on the worker’s life to determine vocational rehabilitation entitlements with respect to legislation, policy, and procedure
- The candidates should be able to develop vocational plans with workers and employers to facilitate a safe and timely return to work
- The candidates should be able to manage the rehabilitation process
