- The candidates should be able to promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives
- The candidates should be able to assist customers with bagging and loading of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to ensure safe work practices are followed, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a clean work area
- The candidates should be able to maintain register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to company policies, and awareness of surroundings
- The candidates should be able to refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager
