Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to different situations and be effective team players
• The candidates should exhibit reliability in meeting job requirements

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to operate the cash register, scan items, and receive payment for goods or services
• The candidates should be able to calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales, engage in suggestive selling, and stock shelves and clean the counter area
• The candidates should be able to greet customers and verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
