Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Staff accommodation available, Rural area

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Equipment and machinery experience: Feeding and watering system, Loader, Tractor
Area of specialization: Agricultural livestock service, Beef cattle

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
• The candidates should be able to do beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, other miscellaneous animal farming, livestock
• The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
• The candidates should be able to stand, and walk for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, and large workload
• The candidates should be able to work in noisy area, odours, outdoors, hot area, and dusty area

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to handling animals, monitoring animal health
• The candidates should be able to formulate feeding program
• The candidates should be able to maintain livestock performance records
• The candidates should be able to maintain quality control and production records
• The candidates should be able to recognize and treat certain livestock health problems
• The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties, feed and tend animals, clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens
