Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Beef cattle
Equipment and machinery experience: Feeding and watering system, Storage and silage system, and Tractor

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure, perform physically demanding work, and manage a large workload

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to mark livestock as proof of ownership, monitor the calving process, and monitor animal health
  • The candidates should be able to track and report on current feed inventory, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and carry out pasture or pen breeding programs
  • The candidates should be able to formulate a feeding program, maintain livestock performance records, and select livestock for sale
  • The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
