Shifts: Day, Overtime, 06:30 to 13:00
Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks and manage physically demanding work, including bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable, organized, and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse; and empty trash cans and other waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures; and work with minimal supervision
