Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, carpet cleaning machine, polishing machines, waxing machine, steam cleaners, power tools, power lawn mowers, small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments), upholstery cleaning equipment, snowblower
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks, heavy loads, and physically demanding work
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, have experience in weight handling, and be able to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability, reliability, and organizational skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, show initiative, and exercise good judgment
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners, and empty trash cans and waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, make adjustments and minor repairs to systems, balance rent roll, and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance
- The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, supervise other workers, move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, work with minimal supervision, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
