Work setting: Factory or plant

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of work experience: Cleaning
Own tools/equipment: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers and Polishing machines
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be capable of performing repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads, as well as physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and demonstrate attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be able to handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be dependability, initiative, reliability, and teamwork

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
• The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
• The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and work with minimal supervision
