Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to handle repetitive tasks and be physically capable of performing demanding activities, including tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, and be capable of lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, empty trash cans and other waste containers, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to advertise vacancies, contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform safety and security checks
- The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, work with minimal supervision, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
