Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and capable of walking as required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, and possess excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to act as a spokesperson for an organization, answer written and oral inquiries, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to answer inquiries, arrange for billing and refunds, and explain the type and cost of services offered
- The candidates should be able to issue receipts, maintain records and statistics, and obtain and examine relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, receive and log complaints, receive payments, sell merchandise, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
