  • The candidates should be able to help deliver a great client experience, they should be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance
  • The candidates should be able to help clients manage their accounts, products, and focus on the client experience and make interactions meaningful
  • The candidates should be able to connect clients to the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals and listen, ask questions, and put themselves in the client’s shoes
  • The candidates should be able to act like owners by taking accountability for client issues and know when to lean on others to create a better solution together
