Salary: $18.00 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality and display client focus
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and excellent written communication

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers
