Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
Security and safety:Â Basic security clearance

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, answer inquiries and provide information to customers, and explain the type and cost of services offered
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, answer clients’ inquiries and provide information, and answer written and oral inquiries
