Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of College Diploma in Electronic
Experience: Candidates should have 2 years of experience in building automation systems
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have an understanding of job safety on the work site, including the use of ladders and scaffolding
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have knowledge of building operations and their maintenance and work with limited supervision while performing building operations duties across the campus.
- The candidates should comply with the safe operation and maintenance of tools and shop equipment
- The candidates should have knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, programming, and control systems
- The candidates should have ability to read and interpret manuals related to the job and ability to follow through and carry out assignments
- The candidates should have knowledge of FMP policies and procedures Knowledge of hazards involved with work and safety measures to be taken
- The candidates should have ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and ability to effectively work individually, and or as part of a team of diverse groups
- The candidates should have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and read and write English
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to install, maintain, program, operate, and optimize the building automation system
- The candidates should be able to maintain indoor comfort levels for building occupants with a strong focus on customer service
- The candidates should be able to work under the supervision of the Manager, Building Operations
- The candidates should be able to provide timely support to ensure optimal performance of the building systems
- The candidates should be able to address and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruptions
