Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and ability to think critically and ability to manage time and tasks effectively
- The candidates should be willing to accept day and overnight travel occasionally and willing to accept occasional overtime
- The candidates should acknowledge the requirement for exposure to graphic and sensitive content

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to perform specialized legal clerical work in the procedural operations of the registries and courtrooms of the Supreme Court, both in independent settings and as part of a group
- The candidate should be able to process and facilitate courtroom appearances (both in-person and remotely using various types of technology) by calling cases, setting appearance dates, recording the proceedings using digital recording software, and preparing minutes of the highlights of each appearance. This involves some public speaking abilities
- The candidate should be able to provide excellent frontline service, including processing payments, at the service counters and via phone and e-mail in the registry work
- The candidate should be able to receive and review documents for accuracy and completeness, as well as for compliance with various legislation and policies, and enter those documents in the Court’s case management system
- The candidate should be able to perform Justice of the Peace duties as part of their responsibilities
- The candidate should be able to interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders, including the legal community and general public
- The candidate should be able to type complete verbatim transcripts of court proceedings from digital recordings
