Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school qualification
Experience: Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with collaboration platforms SharePoint and MS Teams

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have long with more than 2 years of experience in supporting IT equipment or associated technologies, or in implementing server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments
  • The candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in critical environment infrastructures UPS, generator, AHU) or working in physical IT infrastructures servers, SANs, networks, capacity, data center racks and enclosures, structured cabling
  • The candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with data analysis and reporting systems and platforms PowerBI
  • The candidates should meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check and obtain a reliability status from the Government of Canada
  • The candidates should have a technical college diploma in computer science, mathematics, telecommunications, electrical, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • The candidates should have applicable certifications such as ASICS, Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, or CDCP
  • The candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in managing critical environment maintenance and repair costs and at least 2 years of experience in industry program and project management skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide thought leadership and expertise in financial control, ensuring accuracy, forecasting, and compliance of data center finances and manage the financial and commercial aspects of site contracts, including reviewing associated purchase orders and invoices
  • The candidates should be able to prepare quarterly expense management review materials at the data center site level and assist in tracking maintenance and repair activities
  • The candidates should be able to assess cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic projects to achieve savings, leveraging local experts’ knowledge and adopting best practices
  • The candidates should be able to act on opportunities to increase agility, contributing to workflows that evolve processes, services, and solutions for CO+I operations and service level agreements and coordinate closely with data center field operations to drive alignment and foster partnerships for business success
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate structured thinking and planning, managing ambiguity, and working through others to execute operational planning and project management and communicate effectively with stakeholders, managers, and leaders about programs and objectives
  • The candidates should be able to gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into decision-making to improve services and programs and allocate and align resources to optimize stakeholder and partner experiences
  • The candidates should be able to define performance goals, set realistic timelines, and adjust plans considering potential obstacles and long-term consequences and understand data center business goals, critically review plans, and make necessary adjustments
  • The candidates should be able to communicate and proactively address necessary trade-offs while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing situations and contribute strategically to the team and support decisions after the debate
