Marques Gardens Ltd. is a agricultural farm producing green vegetables and also is engaged in horticulture. We have many years of experience of farming and are well-known in the community. Salary: 15.50 hourly for 50 to 70 hours per week

Location: Bradford, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work site environment: Candidates should work in outdoors, wet or damp, noisy, dusty, hot and cold or refrigerated place.
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided.

Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, work under pressure and also work overtime.
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks.
- The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail and physically strong.
- The candidate should be able for bending, crouching, kneeling and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to grade, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, vegetable culling, harvest crops.
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
