Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Languages (English, French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin)
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as high school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Candidates need experience, the details are listed below

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be available to attend and successfully pass a eleven (11) week full-time paid training program
  • The candidate should be able to work shifts (including days, evenings, and weekends) and also be able to find creative solutions to complex customer situations
  • The candidate should be an effective, self-motivated multi-tasker who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • The candidate should be able to work effectively and independently with computer applications and online tools and also have strong communication skills
  • The candidate should have customer service experience within a Call Centre environment also have previous travel industry experience
  • The candidate should have working knowledge of computer applications and the internet

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to work as the voice of the Aeroplan program and also should be able to work as a trusted advisor in the travel and lifestyle world, guiding our members to fully utilize the benefits of the program
  • The candidate should be able to work with people and take pride in delivering memorable customer service, then he/she could be just moments away from landing his/her perfect role
  • The candidate should be able to advise members on how to get the most out of the program and also research, book and reschedule flights
  • The candidate should be able to support customers in the navigation of the technologies utilized within the self-service verticals (website, mobile apps, customer sign-in, etc.) and also enhance membership loyalty by promoting partners
  • The candidate should be able to handle and resolve member concerns
