Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to engage in client engagement by speaking with clients to understand their priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan. Utilize knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients achieve their goals
- The candidates should be able to take ownership of calls, whether responding to incoming calls or making outbound calls, in a friendly, empathetic, courteous, and professional manner
- The candidates should be able to effectively solve problems by acquiring information and leveraging their network to identify and address issues or fulfill
- The candidates should be able to build relationships by engaging in marketing and outreach activities that demonstrate value to clients and their communities.
