Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a minimum Grade 12 graduation
Experience: Candidates should have experience providing inclusive customer service to diverse clienteles, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of various backgrounds

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a willingness to travel occasionally to provide relief coverage to other work sites (Service BC Centres, exam locations, for varying lengths of time, ensuring flexibility and commitment to service delivery
