Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience with motor vehicles
- The candidates should have attention to detail and be capable of weight handling up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have good judgment, be reliable, accurate, dependable, and punctual
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, overseeing all aspects of the vehicle
- The candidates should be able to load and unload goods, accept payment or invoices for items delivered, and record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems
- The candidates should demonstrate professionalism in customer service and follow directions and read maps
