Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work typically from 6pm to 2:30am

- The candidates should genuinely care about customers’ shopping experiences
- The candidates should be able to take initiative and work well with minimal supervision
- The candidates should have demonstrated leadership skills and previous experience in retail or another service industry
- The candidates should enjoy working with people and possess excellent interpersonal skills

- The candidates should be able to respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead Team Members in their department to complete store plans and tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be able to support on-the-job training and development of Team Members
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and respectful work environment for all team members
- The candidates should be able to manage loss prevention processes effectively
- The candidates should be able to merchandise products in accordance with store guidelines
- The candidates should be able to ensure the warehouse is kept tidy, products are stored safely and inventory is allocated correctly
