Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Credentials:Â Child development assistant (ECE level 1)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability in their role and have excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent written communication skills and exhibit flexibility in their approach to work
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting job requirements and be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
- The candidates should be able to engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
- The candidates should be able to submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
- The candidates should be able to discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
