Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and be physically capable of meeting demanding job requirements
• The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility
• The candidates should exhibit good judgment and be reliable team players
• The candidates should have the ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assist co-workers in housekeeping and cooking duties as required, and maintain daycare equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children effectively, and keep records accurately
• The candidates should be able to engage children in activities creatively, guide and assist them in the development of proper habits with patience and care, and prepare snacks and arrange rooms efficiently for lunch and rest periods
• The candidates should be able to submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors for evaluation, and attend staff meetings to discuss the progress and problems of children collaboratively
