Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Specialization in physics, Optics and laser physics, Sales experience, Consulting services, Scientific and laboratory equipment, Electrical and electronic equipment, Aircraft, aerospace and aeronautical equipment, Manufacturing and industrial products

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate a strong attention to detail in their work
• The candidates should be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate a strong client focus in their interactions and possess efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should have excellent oral communication abilities and exhibit excellent written communication skills
• The candidates should be highly organized in their approach and reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to promote sales to existing clients and identify and solicit potential clients
• The candidates should be able to assess clients’ needs and resources, recommend the appropriate goods or services, and develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits
• The candidates should be able to deliver sales presentations, estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services, and prepare and administer sales contracts
• The candidates should be able to utilize sales/marketing software packages, conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, and provide input into product design to suit clients’ needs
• The candidates should be able to consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support, troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment, and conduct sales transactions
• The candidates should be able to provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
