Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of post-secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have 10 years of previous experience supporting senior leaders in a major corporation

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage extensive calendars, including arranging meetings, monitoring events, and resolving scheduling conflicts
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel schedules, including personal travel, and handle all associated arrangements
- The candidates should be able to liaise with internal and external business and administrative contacts to create positive and mutually beneficial working relationships
- The candidates should be able to assist with the preparation of business reports, presentations, and other documents
- The candidates should be able to process payments through the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system and operate Mail Room functions efficiently
- The candidates should be able to provide general administrative support, including maintaining department distribution lists and managing Shared Drive or Teams access and approvals
- The candidates should be able to manage relationships with vendors providing office-related services such as coffee and vending, ergonomic support, office supplies, and printer/copier paper
