Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of work experience: Assembly Line And Truss Manufacturing And Building
Equipment and machinery experience: Overhead Crane, Power Tools, Small Hand Tool, Pneumatic Devices And Precision Measuring Instrument
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, and bend, crouch, and kneel
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate hand-eye co-ordination, demonstrate manual dexterity, and work overtime as required
- The candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to make minor adjustments and repairs to wood products, read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings, and pack items for shipping and distribution
- The candidates should be able to reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports, inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards, and mark defective parts or products for repair
- The candidates should be able to train staff
