Salary: $15.00 to $15.25 hourly (To be negotiated) for 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Caroline, AB
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation
Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer, Willing to relocate, Packaging company, and Warehouse

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and Gloves

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in dusty, hot, and noisy environments, comfortable in a fast-paced setting
• The candidates should be familiar with repetitive tasks, capable of handling heavy loads, and prepared for physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should have manual dexterity, possess attention to detail, and be able to stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be adept at a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• The candidates should prioritize punctuality, exhibit dependability, and show initiative
• The candidates should be reliable and function effectively as team players

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment
• The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
• The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently
• The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in their tasks
• The candidates should be able to perform other laboring and elemental activities as required for smooth plant operations
• The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment
