Work setting: Rural area and remote location
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service
Equipment and machinery experience: Automated irrigation system, feeding and watering system, fertilizer applicator, harvesters, sprayer or duster, tractor, forklift, and haying equipment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, as well as cultivating grain, oil, and forage crops
- The candidates should be familiar with hay farming practices and other miscellaneous crop farming methods
- The candidates should be comfortable working in hot conditions, noisy environments, and various odors associated with farming, while also being willing to work outdoors
- The candidates should excel in a fast-paced work environment and be capable of working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines consistently
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday, and able to manage a large workload efficiently
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle animals, monitor their health, and recognize and treat certain livestock health problems
- The candidates should be able to provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting, and formulate feeding programs
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, maintain quality control and production records, and maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, as well as perform general farm duties
