Job Description:

Position: Farm operation foreman/woman

Salary: $95,000 annually for 40 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time – Remote work available
Location: 517 Rang Ruisseau Anges SudSaint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, QC J0K 3H0
Shifts: Overtime, 08:00 to 16:30
Work setting: Rural area

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5  years or more
Area of specialization: Farm management and Environmental and occupational health 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience or knowledge in the horticultural field crop and be physically capable of handling demanding tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and be team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and manage budgets, as well as manage the overall operation of the farm
