Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable with working in dusty and noisy environments, especially outdoors
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and be able to maintain attention to detail
- The candidates should also be open to overtime work and capable of handling heavy loads when required

- The candidates should prioritize punctuality
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

- The candidates should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- The candidates should be able to develop work schedules and establish procedures
- The candidates should be able to maintain quality control and production records
- The candidates should be able to supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
- The candidates should be able to maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
- The candidates should be able to ensure the availability of supplies and equipment
- The candidates should have supervisory experience
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should ensure safety procedures are followed
