Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable with working in dusty and noisy environments, especially outdoors
  • The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and be able to maintain attention to detail
  • The candidates should also be open to overtime work and capable of handling heavy loads when required

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize punctuality

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

  • The candidates should be able to develop work schedules and establish procedures

  • The candidates should be able to supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs
  • The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
  • The candidates should be able to maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the availability of supplies and equipment
  • The candidates should have supervisory experience
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should ensure safety procedures are followed
