Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize them to accomplish the work
The candidates should be able to clean greenhouses and maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops and perform weeding
The candidates should be able to harvest crops and examine products for quality and market readiness
The candidates should be able to assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures and ensure these procedures are followed
The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
The candidates should be able to maintain quality control and production records
The candidates should be able to supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties and set and monitor water lines, airflow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops
