Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to clear fields of wood and stones, grade vegetables and fruits, and clean greenhouses to maintain optimal farm conditions
The candidates should be capable of mixing fertilizer, planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as weeding and harvesting when necessary
The candidates should assist in developing and implementing farm safety and bio-security procedures, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met
The candidates should operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, performing general farm duties to support overall farm operations
