Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically demanding, and repetitive taskers
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye coordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be flexible and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand-harvesting vegetables and hoeing crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, examine produce for quality, and prepare for market
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
