Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers, apply the technique of hoeing between the rows, and clean the crops
- The candidates should be able to clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas, clear fields of wood and stones, and cut agricultural crops
- The candidates should be able to cut agricultural seed according to farm standards, divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots, and clean greenhouses
- The candidates should be able to guide growing shoots into optimal development positions, hand harvest vegetables, and harvest seedlings
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications, mix fertilizer, and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to sort fruits and vegetables, write daily basic progress reports, and fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and cut horticultural crops
